Bit of a rip off. Paid for 2 hours of unlimited video games and bowling for 4 people. Just to find out that 1/3 to almost 1/2 the video games to not work. The power is either off or the card scanners read station disabled. Plus most racing video game where you can play against each other only one of the two work. Then when you complain about it you are told the owner will not let them put out of order signs on the machines or give a refund. All they will do is give you more credit to play what few games work.

I’m so glad that my parents and I took my nephew to pin strikes today! We got there at 12 when they opened and had alittle wait to purchase our family fun time cards but as we looked around they were having a special olympics tournament! The staff that was there were so friendly, compassionate and helpful in so many ways!!! They truly went above and beyond!! I was truly touched and brought to tears of this kindness that was shown to everyone that came to have fun!!

We Luv it so much, pizza & fries were d licous, bowling, & games were fun. We plan 2 cum bk again sumtime n the future. They had razor tag, wall climb, bumpurr cars, & wood b a gr8 place 4 b~days. 😀

The management, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one of the things I've noticed since our family's visit last year is the lanes where in excellent mechanical condition. Last year we had a few issues and they had to put us on a different lane but this visit, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back again and thank you for a very wonderful experience.

Have the hours of operation changed ? I went to this location today Thursday April 23 to bowl and have some drinks with my family to celebrate my birthday. Only to arrive to the bar being closed. Mind you I arrived around 6 well before the business close. When it came time to pay for bowling we were told we could not purchase a bowling package because it was not within the hours of 12-5. This particular package we wanted to purchase did not have a timeframe on it and once that was pointed out. The young lady stated the kitchen was closed. Again this is 2 hours prior to the business closing. To add the icing on the cake. The business closed at 9:30 although the website states they close at 10. They did not even wait u til we were completely out the building before turning the lights off on us. I say all this to say that the 3 ladies behind the front counter. The manager/supervisor with the black bob, the lady with the short natural fro, and the young lady with the brown wig lacks customer service skills and needs more training
